1. Overview of the Subscription Service:

The Lumina Skincare Subscription Service (“Subscription” or “Service”) allows customers to receive recurring deliveries of eligible Lumina products at a discounted rate. By enrolling, customers agree to these terms as well as the general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy by skinbylumina.us.

 

2. Eligibility & Enrollment:

    • Available to U.S. customers at launch
    • Customers must create an account to manage subscription preferences
    • Enrollment requires a valid payment method for automatic billing
    • Discounts apply only to products marked as Subscription Eligible

 

3. Subscription Pricing & Discounts:

Choose from flexible delivery intervals: 30, 60, or 90 days.

Select your preferred products, and they’ll be automatically delivered to your door at the chosen frequency.

You can combine multiple products in one subscription order, allowing you to tailor your skincare routine.

Enjoy a attractive discount on all subscription orders, applied at checkout. 

These discounts are exclusively available to Subscribe & Save customers and are automatically applied to each eligible order. 

    • First Order: Enjoy a 20% discount on your initial subscription order, automatically applied at checkout.
    • Subsequent Orders: Receive a 10% discount on all future subscription orders
    • Subscribers receive a recurring discount on each active subscription order
    • Subscription discounts cannot be combined with other promotional codes, sitewide sales, or percentage‑off offers unless explicitly stated
    • Pricing may change; customers will be notified of adjustments in advance
    • Taxes and shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout for each recurring order

4. Billing & Renewal:

By enrolling, customers authorize Lumina Skincare to automatically charge the selected payment method for each recurring order.

    • Billing occurs on the schedule selected at enrollment (e.g., every 30, 60 or 90 days)
    • If a payment method fails, Lumina may retry the charge or pause the subscription until updated information is provided or cancel all together
    • Customers are responsible for keeping payment information current

Your payment method will be automatically charged based on the selected delivery interval. You’ll receive a notification before each billing cycle, giving you a chance to make any necessary changes.

5. Managing Your Subscription:

Customers may skip, pause, modify, or cancel their subscription at any time through their account portal.

    • Changes must be made before the next billing date
    • Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified

 

6. Shipping & Delivery:

    • Subscription orders follow standard shipping timelines
    • Free shipping may apply if the order meets the current free‑shipping threshold at the time of processing
    • Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, holidays, or inventory availability

7. Returns & Refunds:

    • Subscription orders follow the same return policy as standard purchases unless otherwise stated
    • Items that are opened or used may not be eligible for return
    • Subscription discounts are not refundable or transferable

8. Product Availability:

If a subscription item becomes unavailable, Lumina Skincare may:

    • Offer a comparable replacement
    • Skip the shipment
    • Cancel the subscription for that item

Customers will be notified of any changes affecting their subscription.

 

9. Fraud Prevention & Misuse:

Lumina Skincare reserves the right to cancel or refuse any subscription suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

Subscription benefits may not be resold, transferred, or used for commercial purposes.

 

10. Modification or Termination of the Service:

Lumina Skincare may modify, suspend, or terminate the Subscription Service at any time. If the Service is discontinued, customers will be notified in advance and no further charges will be applied after termination.

 

11. Legal Notices:

    • Void where prohibited by law
    • Lumina Skincare is not responsible for delays, system errors, or technical issues affecting subscription management or billing
    • By enrolling, customers acknowledge and agree to all terms listed above
