At Lumina Skincare, we’re committed to ensuring your products arrive safely, reliably, and on time. We partner with USPS  to deliver your order with care. Below you’ll find our full shipping guidelines, including processing times, rates, and delivery expectations.

1. Processing Time

    • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
    • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time) will begin processing the next business day.
    • If your order experiences a delay—such as high order volume or inventory adjustments—we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several options to meet your needs:

    • Standard Shipping: $5.95
    • Expedited Shipping: $9.99
    • Free USPS 1-3 Business Day Shipping: On orders over $50

 

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:

    • USPS Priority Mail Shipping: 1-3 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, national emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the USA and Canada. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at customercare@skinbylumina.us to confirm availability and obtain a shipping estimate for your region.

Shipping Restrictions

    • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders. Please provide a physical address for delivery to ensure prompt service.
    • Alaska and Hawaii: Standard shipping times may be extended for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Expedited shipping may not be available to these locations.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your shipment’s progress—or click HERE to monitor your order’s journey.


6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. If this occurs, we will keep you informed and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Lumina Skincare is not responsible for packages marked as delivered that are subsequently lost or stolen. If your package is missing:

    • Check with your carrier
    • Check with neighbors or building management
    • If still unresolved, contact us at customercare@skinbylumina.us for assistance

8. International Shipping (If Applicable)

For orders shipped outside the USA:

    • Additional duties, taxes, and fees may apply
    • These charges are the responsibility of the customer
    • Costs vary by country
